On the back of the prisoner registration form, after the fields for the prisoner’s personal details and history of imprisonment, there are spaces for noting occurrences that shaped the daily life of the concentration camp inmates: punishments and (return) transfers to other camps. However, in most cases the prisoner registration forms were not updated, so these fields are almost always blank. This is probably because this information was recorded on other cards. Transfers and punishments, for example, were generally noted on the Prisoner Registration Cards.
